Maltodextrin is a novel low sweetness, low calorie, high nutrient food and pharmaceutical excipient obtained by enzymatic or acid hydrolysis of edible starch.

 

Maltodextrin, also known as water-soluble dextrin or enzymatic dextrin. It is made from various types of starch as raw materials, and is hydrolyzed, purified, and dried to a low degree through enzymatic processes. Application of Maltodextrin

 

Maltodextrin has good emulsifying and thickening effects:

Maltodextrin can enhance the richness, delicacy, and rich flavor of milk tea, instant tea, solid tea, plant-based milk, and coffee companions, while reducing costs;

Maltodextrin can be used to thicken, improve structure, appearance, and flavor in various canned or soup based foods.

 

Used to inhibit browning reaction
