Description

Aspartame powder exists in the form of white powder at room temperature. It is a natural functional oligosaccharide with high sweetness, is not easily deliquescent, and does not cause tooth decay. It can be consumed by diabetic patients.

Aspartame powder has a high level of safety and has been classified as GRAS (generally recognized as safe) by the United Nations Food Additives Committee.
