Description
Compound carrageenan is a fine, uniform powder. The color is usually white to pale yellow or light brown. Compound carrageenan is dry and has good fluidity.Complex carrageenin can be designed according to the specific needs of the target application (such as meat products, jelly, dairy products, beverages, sauces, etc.), such as gel strength, elasticity, transparency, melting point, freeze-thaw stability, viscosity, suspension, acid and alkali resistance, etc., different complex proportions and combinations can be designed to achieve "special glue".

As a gelling agent:
Compound carrageenan can solidify and shape gummy candies, forming a gel structure with certain elasticity and toughness. It can replace agar, gelatin and pectin in the production of gummy candies. The gummy candies made from it have high transparency, strong fruit flavor, moderate sweetness and are refreshing and not sticky. When compounded with other colloids, the ratio can be adjusted to create gummy candies with different elasticity and chewiness to meet consumers' diverse demands for gummy candy texture.
As a thickener:
