Description
Isomaltulose is a natural sugar found in sugarcane, honey and other products, is a kind of white crystal, sweet taste, sweetness of about 42% of sucrose, pure sweetness, and sucrose basically the same. Acid resistant, heat resistant, not easy to hydrolysis. The CAS NO. of Isomaltulose is 13718-94-0.
