Description
Konjac powder is white or cream light brownish yellow powder, containing a variety of vitamins and potassium, phosphorus, selenium and other mineral elements, but also contains the human needs of Konjac polysaccharide, and has low calories, low fat and high fiber characteristics. It can be dispersed in hot or cold water with a pH value of 4.0~7.0 and form a high-viscosity solution. Heat and mechanical agitation increase the solubility.
