Description

L-threonine is a white crystal or crystalline powder, containing half of the crystalline water. L-Thr is odorless and has a slightly sweet taste.L-threonine is one of the essential amino acids for the human body. It belongs to polar α -amino acids and contains hydroxyl side chains. Left optical rotation (L-configuration), neutral pH value . L-threonine has relatively good stability, but it may decompose under strong acids/strong bases or high temperatures.
