Description
Polydextrose powder is milky white or light yellow, with uniform particle size, good fluidity and easy mixing with other ingredients. Polydextrose is highly soluble in water, forming a clear or slightly cloudy solution. Polyglucose is stable and not easy to decompose during high temperature processing.
