Description
Polydextrose Syrup is usually a clear, colorless to light yellow viscous liquid. Polydextrose Syrup is highly soluble in water, forming a clear solution. Polydextrose Syrup is generally considered to have a caloric value of about 1 kcal/g, much lower than that of sucrose (4 kcal/g). Polydextrose syrup is only about 5-10% as sweet as sucrose and has a neutral or slightly cool taste.
