Description

Sorbitol Granular is a white hygroscopic crystalline powder, particle, odorless, Depending on the crystallization conditions, the melting point varies in the range of 88~102℃, the relative density is about 1.49. Soluble in water (1g soluble in about 0.45mL water), slightly soluble in ethanol and ethyl, it is acid-resistant, good heat resistance, sorbitol does not contain aldehyde group, is not easy to be oxidized, and does not produce Maillard reaction of amino acids when heated. It has a cool sweetness.
